Job Description:

An exciting opportunity to join our client as a Client Services Consultant based in Chatswood. They are a global financial services company with offices worldwide offering mortgage and insurance services. The role involves managing client enquiries, document processing, and administration tasks.

Job Responsibility:

Provide exceptional service to their clients through phone, email
Processing of high volume document tasks across mortgage and insurance space
Manage enquiries and liaise with internal and external stakeholders such as clients, lawyers, lenders
Efficient and accurate processing of payments

Requirements:

Previous experience in client services or operational roles within Financial Services
Clear effective communication, both written and verbal
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Attention to detail
Ability to meet fast paced deadlines and tasks whilst having the ability to multitask
Must be an Australian Citizen or Australian Permanent Resident
