Job Description:

Organized, people-focused professional role in a fast-paced, client-driven financial services environment. Work directly with clients and advisors to ensure accuracy, professionalism, and care in all interactions. Support team in delivering exceptional client experience.

Job Responsibility:

Serve as the first point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, scheduling meetings, and managing communications
Prepare client documentation, reports, and forms for account openings, transfers, and transactions
Maintain client records in CRM and ensure all compliance and confidentiality protocols are followed
Collaborate closely with advisors and operations staff to support financial planning and investment processes
Assist in preparing materials for client reviews and financial presentations
Proactively follow up on pending items and keep clients informed throughout each stage of their requests
Participate in team meetings and help identify opportunities to improve workflow and client satisfaction

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of customer service or administrative experience, ideally in financial services, banking, or professional services
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with clients
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
familiarity with CRM software a plus
High attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-moving, team-oriented environment

Nice to have:

Experience in financial services, banking, or professional services
Familiarity with CRM software
