Job Responsibility:
Act as the primary point of contact between physician-clients, their staff, and patients, ensuring seamless communication.
Coordinate and oversee operational processes, including planning, implementing, and analyzing project outcomes.
Support the creation and distribution of marketing materials by collaborating with graphic designers, copywriters, and printers.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
Provide exceptional customer service to all stakeholders, consistently exceeding expectations.
Track project progress and report on successes and areas for improvement.
Facilitate communication between internal teams and external clients to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables.
Ensure all patient interactions are handled with professionalism and empathy, fostering trust and confidence.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or liaison role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships.
Bachelor's Degree required.
Experience in marketing or working with creative professionals is a plus.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
