We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our client, a wealth management team as a Client Services Associate. This role involves providing administrative and client service support to ensure seamless operations and exceptional client experiences. The position offers a dynamic environment where you can grow your skills and contribute to the success of a sophisticated clientele, including individuals, families, and business leaders.
Job Responsibility:
Prepare and process account documentation to support client service operations
Compile onboarding packets and create reports for client meetings
Provide administrative assistance for financial planning and investment advisory services
Coordinate with financial institutions to manage account setups, transfers, and maintenance
Organize and maintain accurate client records, ensuring timely handling of sensitive documents and correspondence
Assist advisors by preparing review materials, generating reports, and managing mail logistics
Schedule and organize office meetings and facilitate client communications
Work onsite at least two days per week to support operational needs
Requirements:
Minimum of two years of administrative experience working with detailed information
Previous experience in financial services, brokerage, or advisor teams
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
High school diploma required
