Job Responsibility:
Providing prompt, professional service to visiting clients and managing the telephone with excellence
Accurately maintaining client records across in house systems as well as using Xero, ASIC, and the ATO Portal
Assisting with basic client invoicing in Xero and processing credit card payments
Setting up digital client files, scanning, and managing diary bookings for professional staff
Managing staff amenities, stationery procurement, and ensuring common areas are always pristine
Requirements:
Previous experience in an accounting, financial, or legal professional environment
experience in Xero, Excel, and FYI Docs
Sound oral and written communication skills with a high level of professionalism
Exceptional time management and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
