Job Responsibility

  • Client Onboarding: Streamline the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • AML & KYC: Conduct essential compliance checks to uphold regulatory standards
  • Data Entry: Maintain and update client information across internal systems with precision
  • Enquiry Management: Handle client queries professionally, ensuring timely responses aligned with our industry-leading SLAs
  • Cash Management: Process client payments and assist with bank reconciliation tasks
  • Administrative Support: Contribute to various ad-hoc projects and operational improvements as needed

Requirements
