Our client is a successful boutique asset manager. They are hiring a French speaking Client Services & RFP Manager based in their Paris office.

Job Responsibility

  • act as the primary point of contact for institutional and wholesale clients in France and several other European markets
  • support the completion of RFPs, DDQs and ad-hoc requests from prospective and existing clients
  • attend client review meetings and send follow-up reports
  • deliver client onboarding, including financial analysis and coordination with transfer agents
  • handle clients enquiries regarding fund features, portfolio management and market data
  • manage client queries and process their portfolio requests to agreed service levels
  • undertake monthly reporting for existing clients
  • work with sales, fund operations and finance to resolve client services issues
  • produce distribution agreements, platforms registrations and KYC in collaboration with compliance
  • undertake CRM monitoring and reporting
  • manage client contracts and agreements
  • undertake client financial analysis, including setting performance and profitability targets
  • coordinate communication between outsourced service providers and internal business units
  • ensure robust, efficient operational models are in place to mitigate risk while providing a positive client experience
  • prepare team meeting minutes, project timeline reports and presentations
  • provide quantitative and qualitative competitor and peers analysis for the sales team
  • develop strong product knowledge to enable both reactive and proactive product level discussions with clients and prospects

Requirements

  • speak fluent French and English
  • possess proven client services and RFP experience gained in asset management
  • good knowledge of investment products
  • strong communication and project management skills
  • excellent attention to detail
  • ability to prioritise and meet multiple deadlines
