We are seeking applicants for an administrative role in our fast-paced Client Services team, based in Leicester. The successful candidate will have a desire to grow professionally, demonstrate a key eye for detail and have the ability to multi-task, whilst working with internal departments, to provide a seamless positive client experience.
Job Responsibility
Raising proforma invoices and reserves accurately and in a timely manner
Manage client orders, working with your Associates, communicate any updates using your Trusted Advisor skills
Responding to customer enquiries over the phone and via email including sample requests, pricing and stock, simple aftercares
Assist with any other duties as required
Requirements
Office based administrative experience
Competent using Microsoft packages
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organised and detail-orientated
Can demonstrate the ability to multi-task
ZenDesk and relevant industry experience advantageous
