Job Description

We are seeking applicants for an administrative role in our fast-paced Client Services team, based in Leicester. The successful candidate will have a desire to grow professionally, demonstrate a key eye for detail and have the ability to multi-task, whilst working with internal departments, to provide a seamless positive client experience.

Job Responsibility

  • Raising proforma invoices and reserves accurately and in a timely manner
  • Manage client orders, working with your Associates, communicate any updates using your Trusted Advisor skills
  • Responding to customer enquiries over the phone and via email including sample requests, pricing and stock, simple aftercares
  • Assist with any other duties as required

Requirements

  • Office based administrative experience
  • Competent using Microsoft packages
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organised and detail-orientated
  • Can demonstrate the ability to multi-task
  • ZenDesk and relevant industry experience advantageous
