Our client is seeking a Service Advisor to support and deepen existing client relationships within a growing wealth management firm. This role focuses on financial planning, client service, and portfolio oversight—no business development required.
Job Responsibility:
Lead discovery, review, and planning meetings with current and prospective clients
Serve as primary advisor for select clients and manage ongoing portfolio reviews
Adjust asset allocations and identify new asset opportunities within existing relationships
Develop customized financial plans and guide clients through all stages of their financial lifecycle
Handle complex planning needs including tax, estate, retirement, and investment strategy
Collaborate with Portfolio Management, Trading, Compliance, and Client Service teams
Lead client onboarding and maintain accurate client notes
Organize tasks across the team and ensure timely follow-up
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required
FINRA Series 7 & 66 (or 63/65) required
CFP® required
Experience with financial planning tools (eMoney, MoneyGuidePro, etc.)
Strong communication and client relationship skills
Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to prioritize
