Job Responsibility:
Serve as the primary administrative liaison for new and existing clients
Coordinate document collection, account setup, and service requests
Maintain meticulous digital and physical client records
Track service timelines and proactively follow up on outstanding items
Prepare client correspondence, reports, and presentation materials
Support leadership with calendar management and meeting logistics

Requirements:
2+ years of administrative, client services, or office coordination experience
