Client Services Administrator

• Conduct initial reviews of new client account packs, ensuring adherence to Brewin processes and AML regulatory requirements
• Liaise with Investment Managers to obtain accurate client information
• Validate AML regulatory data before forwarding completed client account packs to Client Verification in Brewin UK
• Update relevant systems to enable Investment Managers to commence client trading
• Assist with ad hoc projects and business development initiatives by applying AML data validation standards
• Support team members and collaborate with Client Verification, Compliance, and Financial Planning departments
• Communicate with clients as necessary to resolve onboarding queries
• Prioritize workload and identify when support is needed to meet goals
• Actively enhance onboarding processes by exploring efficiencies and improvements
• Comply with RBC policies, including CBI Common and Additional Conduct Standards

• Degree-educated with QFA qualification (or equivalent)
• Moderate experience in financial services, compliance, or AML roles
• Exceptional accuracy, numeracy, and attention to detail
• Clear communication skills (oral and written)
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible, collaborative, and proactive team player
