As our new Client Services Administrator, you will be the backbone of our daily operations. You will support our advisers by managing the end-to-end administration of client files, lodgements, and on-boarding, ensuring our clients receive a seamless experience.
Job Responsibility
Preparing files, documents, and forms for client reviews, including review reports and fee disclosure forms
Following up on implementations from review meetings, submitting relevant forms, and ensuring strict record-keeping
Regularly updating and maintaining our Client Management System (Xplan) and ensuring all review file notes have everything uploaded
Conducting superannuation research for new clients, as well as printing and binding Statement of Advice (SOA) documents
Scanning, physical client file management, on-boarding tasks, and other administrative duties as required to keep the office running smoothly
Requirements
1 year experience
prior experience within the financial planning industry
Proficiency in Xplan is highly regarded
strong skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
solid understanding of financial planning processes, compliance, and lodgements
high attention to detail
self-motivated, organised, thrive in a fast-paced environment
