Job Responsibility:
Serve as a primary contact for client and internal service requests
Track requests, documentation, and follow-ups in internal systems
Coordinate scheduling, meetings, and workflow updates
Prepare correspondence, reports, and summaries
Maintain accurate records in compliance with organizational standards
Support leadership and operations teams with administrative tasks
Ensure timely communication and resolution of client inquiries
Requirements:
2–5 years of administrative or client services experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
