We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Client Service & Scheduling Coordinator to join their expanding Sunshine Coast team. This is a pivotal role where you will act as the central engine of the office, managing the end-to-end workflow for a team of specialised consultants and ensuring seamless service delivery to a nationwide client base.
Job Responsibility:
Act as the central point of contact, processing new service requests and managing the project pipeline from instruction to completion
Coordinate and optimise appointment calendars for field-based teams across the Sunshine Coast region
Manage workflow to ensure all client deliverables meet strict turnaround time frames and service level agreements (SLAs)
Provide high-level updates to both internal professional teams and external corporate clients
Maintain precise digital records and coordinate essential documentation with high attention to detail
Requirements:
You have a proven track record in time management and the ability to juggle competing priorities
Background in Professional Services, Real Estate, or Logistics is highly regarded
Nice to have:
A good understanding of Sunshine Coast geography is beneficial for optimising team schedules
