As a Service Consultant, you are a Portfolio Owner. You will be the primary point of contact for a dedicated group of Financial Advisers, ensuring their clients experience a seamless journey from application to policy issue.

Job Responsibility:

  • Portfolio Ownership: Proactively manage your own book of advisers—building lasting, professional relationships
  • Strategic Case Management: Partner directly with the Underwriting team to solve problems and reduce end-to-end cycle times
  • Stakeholder Advocacy: Act as the face of the business, using your expertise to find solutions where others see roadblocks

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience specifically within Life Insurance, Private Health, or Superannuation
  • High level of emotional intelligence and technical aptitude
  • Exceptional telephone manner with the ability to build instant credibility with external partners
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and prefer doing over meeting
