As a Service Consultant, you are a Portfolio Owner. You will be the primary point of contact for a dedicated group of Financial Advisers, ensuring their clients experience a seamless journey from application to policy issue.
Job Responsibility:
Portfolio Ownership: Proactively manage your own book of advisers—building lasting, professional relationships
Strategic Case Management: Partner directly with the Underwriting team to solve problems and reduce end-to-end cycle times
Stakeholder Advocacy: Act as the face of the business, using your expertise to find solutions where others see roadblocks
Requirements:
Minimum 1–2 years of experience specifically within Life Insurance, Private Health, or Superannuation
High level of emotional intelligence and technical aptitude
Exceptional telephone manner with the ability to build instant credibility with external partners
Thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and prefer doing over meeting
