Requirements

Currently studying towards a bachelor’s or master’s degree which includes a placement (year in industry) and due to graduate in 2028
Track record of strong academic performance (minimum 2:1 in the UK for example)
Noteworthy extracurricular achievement throughout school and university
Experience evidencing an interest in business is a plus
Outstanding communication skills
Fluent (C2 level) English
fluency in an additional European language or experience living and working in continental Europe is desired but not necessary
