The Client Service team connects Guidepoint’s clients with subject-matter experts to better inform their business decisions. They take the time to understand each client’s specific research needs and deliver the experts closest to the topic, often within hours. The Intern will work alongside Associates, Research Managers and Project Managers in the Client Service team to support them with delivery on multiple projects in different industries. Job Responsibility:
Communication with experts globally using Japanese and English
Recruit ahead of the curve if you know a client has continued interest in an area or a particular topic is “hot”/popular
Conduct industry research across multiple sectors based on project needs in the team
Data entry and updating of the CRM database
Assist in onboarding administration and compliance of top industry subject matter experts into the Guidepoint network
Assist the team and Project Managers with other administration and / or operational tasks
Coordination of phone consultation sessions for subject matter experts
Assist the Client Service team with their outreach strategy to approach relevant subject matter experts
Operate with a teamwork mentality that leads to building and maintaining strong relationships with other Guidepoint colleagues
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree
Previous internship experience
High-level fluency in Japanese and English
Able to work at least 3 days a week in the office and ideally a minimum of 24 hours each week
