Job Description:

We are partnering with a leading organization to identify a Client Service Coordinator - Associate to provide essential administrative support and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner
  • Schedule meetings, coordinate conferences, and maintain calendars
  • Maintain filing systems, sort/distribute mail, and order office supplies
  • Assist with financial record keeping and expense tracking
  • Support special projects and team initiatives as needed
