We are partnering with a leading organization to identify a Client Service Coordinator - Associate to provide essential administrative support and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibility:
Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner
Schedule meetings, coordinate conferences, and maintain calendars
Maintain filing systems, sort/distribute mail, and order office supplies
Assist with financial record keeping and expense tracking
Support special projects and team initiatives as needed
Maintain cleanliness and organization in shared office spaces (kitchen and common areas)
Requirements:
0–2 years of prior administrative experience preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
