We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Service Billing Account Manager to support our growing DOOH business. You will serve as the primary point of contact for client billing inquiries, ensuring smooth billing operations and contributing to the seamless delivery of our innovative advertising solutions across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of digital innovation and operational excellence.
Job Responsibility:
Primary Contact for Billing Inquiries: Act as the first point of contact for client billing-related questions, providing timely, effective support
Collections & Payables Support: Monitor and communicate the status of collections and payables to clients with clarity and transparency
Invoicing Expertise: Become the subject matter expert on PSA/invoicing nuances and special requirements for buyers and publishers, building reference materials for quality assurance (QA)
Data Accuracy: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data dumps used in billing and invoicing workflows
Invoice Pre-Approval: Review and pre-approve invoices to uphold high quality standards before client delivery
Escalation Support: Collaborate with the Billing Manager to resolve billing escalations promptly and professionally
Regional Coverage: Act as the dedicated billing resource for your assigned region, addressing local market-specific needs within the DOOH division
Requirements:
Hands-On Billing Experience: Proven track record managing media billing and/or reconciliation workflows
Digital Advertising Knowledge: Experience with digital advertising platforms, particularly in DOOH, programmatic, or media buying, is highly valued
Systems Expertise: Familiarity with Salesforce, SAP, or Netsuite is a significant asset
Change Management: Passionate about optimizing and streamlining operational workflows
Organizational Excellence: Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and committed to billing accuracy
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, confident when liaising with internal teams and external partners
Language Skills: Spanish-speaking skills are a plus, particularly for Americas region roles
