Established wealth management firm serving high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families, foundations, and endowments is seeking a Client Service Associate to join its growing team in the Peninsula/San Francisco area. This role offers exposure to sophisticated financial planning, investment management, and client relationship support within a collaborative environment.
Job Responsibility:
Support and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients
Coordinate and execute new client onboarding
Partner with attorneys, accountants, and other client advisors
Assist with strategic planning initiatives including concentrated stock, estate planning, philanthropy, and 10b5-1 plans
Provide portfolio reporting, analytical, and relationship management support
Collaborate across teams to deliver a high-touch client experience
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
1–3+ years of experience within an RIA, brokerage, or family office
Experience with Fidelity, Schwab, Orion, and/or Salesforce preferred
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and within a team environment
Proficiency with Microsoft 365, CRM systems, and financial planning/reporting software
Nice to have:
Experience with Fidelity, Schwab, Orion, and/or Salesforce
