A leading, long‑established wealth management firm in Palo Alto is seeking a Client Service Associate (CSA) to join their high‑performing, collaborative team. The CSA will support a portfolio of HNW clients and act as a key member of the client service team. You’ll partner with advisors, collaborate cross‑functionally, and ensure clients receive an exceptional experience from onboarding through ongoing service.
Job Responsibility:
Maintain and enhance client relationships by anticipating needs and delivering timely, thoughtful support
Lead and execute the new client onboarding process
Coordinate with attorneys, accountants, and other client intermediaries
Support strategic planning efforts, including equity compensation strategies, estate/legacy planning coordination, and other complex client needs
Provide portfolio reporting, research support, and materials for meetings and touchpoints
Requirements:
1–4+ years in wealth management, an RIA, brokerage firm, or family office
Experience with Fidelity, Schwab, Orion, and/or Salesforce strongly preferred
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
Strong communicator with excellent attention to detail
Proactive, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
Team‑oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
Thrives in a high‑volume environment and enjoys contributing at all levels
