You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for assigned relationships, partner with senior leadership on customized strategies, and collaborate across teams to deliver seamless support. Job Responsibility:
Act as the main contact for UHNW clients, ensuring requests are handled promptly
Partner with senior leaders on strategies and initiatives
Build strong client relationships by anticipating needs
Collaborate with associates and analysts for seamless execution
Support clients with wealth transfer, philanthropy, and tax-efficient strategies
Maintain close ties with client teams (executive assistants, chiefs of staff, personal CFOs)
Partner with investment teams on portfolios and new assets
Contribute to firm-wide projects and initiatives
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
4+ years in client-facing roles (family office or wealth management experience ONLY)
