The Client Service Associate will be responsible for supporting clients, agents, and internal teams by ensuring a seamless service experience. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
Job Responsibility:
Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and in person
Assist clients with policy questions, coverage details, and account updates
Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations
Prepare and distribute insurance documents, certificates, and correspondence
Support agents and account managers with administrative and client service tasks
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in agency management systems
Follow up on outstanding documentation and ensure timely resolution of client requests
Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations
Assist with billing inquiries and payment processing as needed
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
bachelor’s degree preferred
1–3+ years of customer service or administrative experience (insurance or financial services preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM or agency management systems
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment
