Job Description

The Client Service Associate will be responsible for supporting clients, agents, and internal teams by ensuring a seamless service experience. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and in person
  • Assist clients with policy questions, coverage details, and account updates
  • Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations
  • Prepare and distribute insurance documents, certificates, and correspondence
  • Support agents and account managers with administrative and client service tasks
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in agency management systems
  • Follow up on outstanding documentation and ensure timely resolution of client requests
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations
  • Assist with billing inquiries and payment processing as needed

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1–3+ years of customer service or administrative experience (insurance or financial services preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM or agency management systems
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment
