Job Responsibility

  • Support and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients
  • Coordinate and execute new client onboarding
  • Partner with attorneys, accountants, and other client advisors
  • Assist with strategic planning initiatives including concentrated stock, estate planning, philanthropy, and 10b5-1 plans
  • Provide portfolio reporting, analytical, and relationship management support
  • Collaborate across teams to deliver a high-touch client experience

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 1–3+ years of experience within an RIA, brokerage, or family office
  • Experience with Fidelity, Schwab, Orion, and/or Salesforce preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and within a team environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, CRM systems, and financial planning/reporting software
