Job Responsibility:
Serve as a primary service contact for a group of high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients and families
Proactively manage client relationships by anticipating needs, resolving issues, and delivering timely, high-touch service
Lead and coordinate the end-to-end client onboarding process, including account setup, documentation, and custodial coordination
Partner with clients’ external advisors (CPAs, attorneys, trustees, etc.) to support holistic wealth management needs
Assist with complex planning scenarios such as equity compensation/10b5-1 plans, concentrated stock management, life transitions (e.g., divorce), philanthropic strategies, and estate planning coordination
Prepare portfolio analysis, performance materials, and client-ready reports to support investment reviews and relationship management
Support ongoing client communications, meeting preparation, and follow-up action items
Contribute to internal projects and process improvements to enhance client experience and operational efficiency
Collaborate cross-functionally with investment, operations, and planning teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
1–3+ years of experience in a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA), wealth management firm, brokerage, or family office environment
Familiarity with custodial and wealth tech platforms such as Fidelity, Schwab, Orion, and Salesforce strongly preferred
Demonstrated ability to work independently with strong ownership, sound judgment, and proactive problem-solving skills
High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate professionally with high-net-worth clients and external advisors
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across departments
