A leading, long‑established wealth management firm in Palo Alto is seeking a Client Service Associate (CSA) to join its high‑performing, collaborative team. This role is ideal for someone who wants to put down long‑term roots, partner closely with experienced advisors, and thrive in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment. As a CSA, you will support a portfolio of HNW clients and serve as an essential member of the client service team. You’ll collaborate with advisors, coordinate across internal and external partners, and ensure clients receive exceptional service from onboarding through ongoing relationship management.
Job Responsibility:
Strengthen client relationships by anticipating needs and delivering timely, proactive support
Lead and manage the end‑to‑end new client onboarding process
Coordinate with attorneys, accountants, and external client partners
Support planning initiatives, including equity compensation strategies and estate/legacy planning workflows
Prepare portfolio reports, research materials, and meeting deliverables
Requirements:
1–4+ years in wealth management, an RIA, brokerage firm, or family office
Experience with Fidelity, Schwab, Orion, and/or Salesforce strongly preferred
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
Strong communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
Proactive, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
Team‑oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
Thrives in a high‑volume environment and enjoys contributing across different areas
