Job Responsibility:
Build trusted relationships with clients and anticipate their needs
Own the new client onboarding experience from start to finish
Partner closely with advisors on meaningful planning and investment work
Collaborate with accountants and attorneys on complex client needs
Support portfolios, reporting, and client deliverables in a high-volume setting
Requirements:
2–4+ years of wealth management experience, ideally from another RIA
A proactive, detail-driven mindset with strong follow-through
Experience with Fidelity, Schwab, Orion, or Salesforce a plus
Confidence working directly with clients and internal teams
Comfort juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong tech skills across Microsoft 365, CRM, and reporting tools
Nice to have:
