Our client is a boutique wealth management firm known for white-glove service and trusted guidance to ultra-high-net-worth families and private foundations. The team is collaborative, detail-driven, and focused on delivering an exceptional client experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being deeply involved in client service and operations while supporting a high-caliber client base. You’ll work closely with advisors and internal partners in an environment that values quality, accountability, and balance.

Job Responsibility

  • Act as a primary contact for client service requests
  • Manage account onboarding, money movement, and account maintenance
  • Coordinate client meetings, materials, and follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate client records, CRM updates, and documentation
  • Work with custodians to process paperwork and resolve issues
  • Monitor daily transactions and workflows for accuracy
  • Support compliance processes and record retention

Requirements

  • 3–7+ years of client service or operations experience in wealth management ideally with UHNW clients
  • Experience with custodial platforms such as Schwab Advisor Center (preferred)
  • Familiarity with CRM or reporting systems like Black Diamond (preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Clear, professional communication skills
  • High integrity and a client-first mindset
