Job Description

A boutique wealth management firm is seeking a highly relationship-driven Client Service Associate Director to serve as a key point of contact for Ultra High Net Worth individuals and family office clients. This role is ideal for a seasoned wealth management professional who enjoys combining exceptional client service with operational leadership and strategic problem-solving.

Job Responsibility

  • Serve as a trusted advisor and primary contact for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth client relationships
  • Coordinate and oversee day-to-day client service activities, ensuring timely execution and exceptional client experiences
  • Manage complex client requests and act as the central point of communication across internal teams and external partners
  • Build strong relationships with clients and their advisors while maintaining a high level of responsiveness and professionalism
  • Drive operational efficiency and ensure follow-through on all client-related initiatives
  • Partner closely with senior leadership on strategic client matters and process improvements
  • Take ownership of client outcomes and help strengthen long-term client retention and satisfaction
  • Contribute to the continued growth and development of the client service function, with opportunities for expanded leadership responsibilities over time

Requirements

  • 4-7+ years of wealth management, private wealth, family office, or related financial services experience
  • Proven experience supporting Ultra High Net Worth or complex family office relationships
  • Strong client relationship management skills with the ability to navigate sophisticated client needs
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience

Nice to have

  • Experience with wealth management technology platforms such as Addepar
  • Familiarity with CRM and workflow management systems, including Salesforce and Asana
