A growing boutique wealth management firm is looking to add a Client Service Associate to support high-net-worth clients and work closely with a collaborative advisory team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their wealth management career who wants to grow long-term within a successful RIA and be part of a high-touch client service environment.
Job Responsibility:
Support client onboarding, account opening, and ongoing account servicing
Prepare materials for client meetings and assist with follow-up tasks
Coordinate with custodians and client partners such as accountants and attorneys
Assist with financial planning support and client communications
Maintain accurate client records and manage workflows within CRM systems
Requirements:
1–5 years of experience within an RIA, brokerage, or family office
Experience with platforms such as Fidelity, Schwab, Orion, or Redtail is highly preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Positive, proactive mindset with a desire to grow in wealth management
