Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience working at an asset management firm, trust bank, etc., handling RFIs, RFPs, investment reports, or marketing tasks, and possess a basic knowledge of investment products
  • High proficiency in Excel (intermediate to PIVOT, various functions such as vlook, sum, sumif, etc.) and ability to handle large volumes of data accurately and efficiently
  • English reading skills (TOEIC score of 700 or above), ability to conduct email correspondence in English, and, for simple English documents, the ability to request translation support
  • Conversational English ability preferred, as there are English-speaking team members
  • Ability to manage time and multitask independently, with flexibility to handle varying workloads, particularly during the busy season (especially April–June)
  • Teamwork, communication skills, and a proactive work attitude
