Job Description

Lawes consulting is working with a respected insurance brokerage to recruit both a Junior and Senior Client service adviser. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality service across both new business and renewals, ensuring clients receive appropriate cover aligned to their needs. The position plays a key part in maintaining client satisfaction and supporting the company’s growth as an independent, European-focused insurance group.

Job Responsibility

  • Maintain client and insurer relationships on a day-to-day basis
  • Process mid-term adjustments and administrative tasks
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and use of Acturis
  • Broker new business under £10k premium and scheme/facility business
  • Prepare broking presentations and handle invoicing for new business and renewals
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders on broking strategy and client requirements
  • Manage client records and update underwriting information
  • Produce broking documentation and renewal reports
  • Handle policy wordings, terms, and risk register updates
  • Support client directors and brokers across placements

Requirements

  • Experience in a client-facing insurance role
  • Strong understanding of broking processes and procedures
  • Familiarity with Acturis or similar platforms
  • Demonstrated capability in both new business and renewal handling
