At tmGroup, we make conveyancing technology and data simple. We provide tools and support that help property professionals work efficiently and deliver great service to clients. We’re now looking for an Advisor to join our Client Services team. In this role, you’ll work in a fast-paced environment, handling client enquiries, and helping maintain effective working relationships across the team and with external contacts.
Job Responsibility:
Serve as the first point of contact for our clients and suppliers, managing incoming and outgoing communications across multiple channels (phone, email, etc.)
Resolve client enquiries efficiently and proactively, ensuring excellent service aligned with company KPIs and standards
Take ownership of customer issues, working closely with colleagues to maintain smooth operations within the department
Participate in team meetings and help manage complaints in line with established procedures
Use our internal systems and software to accurately track and complete tasks, supporting seamless client experiences
Contribute to departmental goals by providing feedback and insights to continuously improve processes
Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer focused role
Good understanding of customer service principles and commitment to delivering accurate and reliable support
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new IT systems
Able to communicate clearly and confidently with colleagues, clients and suppliers
Capable of working independently, managing multiple tasks, and maintaining excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable identifying issues and finding practical solutions in a fast-paced, business environment
Collaborative approach and willing to contribute to team goals and processes
