  • Translate complex client objectives into highly actionable media plans with clear KPIs and measurable business outcomes
  • Lead internal cross-functional meetings and campaign reviews, while mentoring and developing junior team members
  • Support new business development via pitches, proposals, and presentations, while identifying internal process improvements
  • Manage high-level coordination with internal finance teams regarding invoicing and account profitability

Requirements

  • 6–7+ years of experience within client service, account management, or agency leadership roles
  • A strong understanding of both digital and traditional media environments is highly desirable
  • Proven capability in leading client-facing teams, managing multi-layered accounts, and mentoring staff
  • Stellar organizational skills with the ability to manage workflows, timelines, and resourcing for cross-functional specialists
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with a knack for translating high-level strategy into execution

What we offer

  • A true hybrid and flexible working model
  • A collaborative, supportive, and high-performance team environment that genuinely values curiosity and results
  • Ongoing training across advanced media platforms, strategy, and distinct professional development pathways
  • The unique opportunity to work across both commercial scaling brands and rewarding, for-purpose NGO clients
