Job Description

You will manage and maintain an effective business relationship between VodafoneThree and regional accounts within the Health sector. The role is responsible for maintaining existing revenues whilst implementing sales action plans to identify, develop and close incremental new business opportunities. The role is also responsible for ensuring high levels of customer engagement measured using relationship net promoter score (rNPS).

Job Responsibility

  • Manage and maintain an effective business relationship between VodafoneThree and regional accounts within the Health sector
  • Maintain existing revenues whilst implementing sales action plans to identify, develop and close incremental new business opportunities
  • Ensure high levels of customer engagement measured using relationship net promoter score (rNPS)
  • Be the go‑to person for day‑to‑day account management, maintaining strong relationships with the client and wider cluster stakeholders
  • Support revenue forecasting, tracking and reporting, ensuring records are accurate, transparent and up to date
  • Collaborate closely with Service and App Development teams to ensure client requests and queries are handled quickly and effectively
  • Coordinate and manage Change Requests (CRs) and projects, working with internal teams and external partners to deliver on time and in line with client objectives
  • Own procurement activities, from requesting quotes and raising purchase orders through to invoice receipting and supplier coordination

Requirements

  • Previous experience in account management or sales support roles, ideally within complex or enterprise environments
  • Confidence using sales tools such as Ignite and Salesforce
  • Experience working with virtual sales teams across different locations and time zones
  • Strong prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage tight deadlines and shifting demands
  • Proven stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior and C‑level stakeholders
  • Commercially astute, with a good understanding of revenue, contracts and financial processes
  • Resilient, tenacious and proactive, with a creative approach to building and maintaining customer relationships
  • A collaborative, inclusive mindset and a genuine passion for delivering positive outcomes for customers
