Medius is seeking a Client Sales Executive to lead sales efforts in identifying, qualifying and closing upsell and cross sell business for our existing customers in North America. We are looking for Client Sales Executives that will proactively build account plans and engage key stakeholders to understand customer business goals and challenges. Success in this position will build on excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills that reinforce our domain expertise and, in doing so, showcase the business benefits and value of the Medius Spend Management suite of solutions.
Job Responsibility:
Manage customer relationships within 40 – 50 named accounts. Identify key stakeholders and drive long term relationship value as a trusted advisor. Develop relationships with C Level Executives
Understand customer business goals and challenges in order to uncover upsell and cross sell opportunities and increase revenue from assigned account list
Partner with Pre-Sales, Professional Services and other internal Medius resources to maximize customer satisfaction and increase account revenue
Manage inbound and outbound sales activities to maximize sales opportunities
Crafting and delivering compelling solution proposals that accurately demonstrate value and illustrate a strong ROI
Maintain balance between sales and non-sales account management activities
Requirements:
3+ Years Quota bearing sales experience with a proven track record of success
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to handle many tasks in a fast-paced environment
Experience with building pipeline through proactive activities
Team player, collaborating across teams and departments
Experience in engaging with customers and holding confident business conversations to generate trust and build and maintain close and effective working relationships
Excellent oral and written communication skills including the ability to create & deliver clear, engaging, accurate & concise presentations
