An opportunity to join AFH Wealth Management, one of the UK’s leading independent financial advisory and wealth management firms. The purpose of this role is to supervise and oversee the administration and generation of client annual valuation reporting (AVR) and quarterly transactional reports (QTR). Ensuring all processes and procedures are followed and to a compliant and high standard.
Job Responsibility:
Manage the generation with a high level accuracy of AVRs to support adviser reviews
Manage process of generation, quality control and delivery of QTRs within agreed service levels
Manage performance of the team through 1:1 and goal setting
Analyse weekly and monthly team MI, proactively forecast resourcing requirements to meet SLAs
Conduct quality audits for the team to ensure consistency of service standards and procedures
Ensure that all administration systems are maintained, client data is accurate and up to date
Support the delivery of any project work as required
Maintain a clear understanding of service propositions and adherence to Consumer Duty
Requirements:
Demonstrable experience of managing and supervising a team
Previous experience with training and mentoring staff
A good understanding of the financial services market and investment products
Knowledge of Consumer Duty
Experienced using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Delivery focused, with a drive for quality throughout
