Job Responsibility:
Manage client relationships from initial enquiry through to completion
Act as a single point of contact, combining advisory, relationship management, and administrative responsibilities
Handle warm inbound leads provided by the business
Source suitable lenders and products across buy-to-let and complex lending cases (including development finance)
Package and manage cases through to completion, ensuring a smooth client journey
Maintain high levels of client service and communication throughout the process
Work collaboratively within a multi-skilled team where all members contribute across the full client lifecycle
Requirements:
Must have proven client facing experience as a Mortgage Advisor or in a very similar role
Strong knowledge of the mortgage market, ideally including buy-to-let and/or complex lending
Experience sourcing lenders and managing cases end-to-end
