Job Description:

Our client, a fast growing specialist lending firm with a high performing team, are looking for a Client Relationship Manager. The business focuses on buy-to-let and complex lending, including development finance, and is continuing to scale. They operate a modern approach where everyone is involved in the full client journey, from enquiry to completion, with a steady flow of quality leads provided. The structure is designed to reward contribution fairly across the team, not just advisory roles. Job Responsibility:

  • Manage client relationships from initial enquiry through to completion
  • Act as a single point of contact, combining advisory, relationship management, and administrative responsibilities
  • Handle warm inbound leads provided by the business
  • Source suitable lenders and products across buy-to-let and complex lending cases (including development finance)
  • Package and manage cases through to completion, ensuring a smooth client journey
  • Maintain high levels of client service and communication throughout the process
  • Work collaboratively within a multi-skilled team where all members contribute across the full client lifecycle

Requirements:

  • Must have proven client facing experience as a Mortgage Advisor or in a very similar role
  • Strong knowledge of the mortgage market, ideally including buy-to-let and/or complex lending
  • Experience sourcing lenders and managing cases end-to-end
