Job Responsibility:
Proactively manage a portfolio of clients and intermediaries to ensure high retention and satisfaction
Organize client visits in accordance with service standards to build strong, long-term relationships
Establish business relationships with pension committees, plan sponsors, and stakeholders
Analyze client needs to propose, design, and implement solutions that promote the business unit's growth
Identify sales opportunities and provide tailored solutions to meet client goals
Support the sales team during short-list presentations to showcase financial wellness and reporting tools
Develop relationships with Group Benefits Insurance colleagues to pursue joint business opportunities
Advise clients on the best solutions and strategies to achieve desired outcomes
Collect and analyze data to prepare results-oriented reports and recommendations for annual general meetings
Research industry trends to ensure the development of best practices
Requirements:
3 to 5 years of experience
retirement and savings experience (group or institutional) is preferred
Demonstrated influencing and negotiation skills with a proven record of building internal and external relationships
Proven ability to manage work with limited direction and effectively resolve escalations
Good understanding of the legislative and regulatory environment
Strong verbal/written communication and solid presentation skills
Professional proficiency in English
