Are you a results-driven professional with a passion for **Business Development and Account Management**? We are partnering with a premier Canadian financial services provider to hire **Client Relationship Managers** to support their growing Group Retirement Savings (GRS) division in Western Canada. In this role, you will act as a strategic consultant, balancing **sales support** with high-level portfolio management This is a high-impact position for a motivated self-starter who excels at identifying development potential within a client block while maintaining world-class service standards.

Job Responsibility:

  • Proactively manage a portfolio of clients and intermediaries to ensure high retention and satisfaction
  • Organize client visits in accordance with service standards to build strong, long-term relationships
  • Establish business relationships with pension committees, plan sponsors, and stakeholders
  • Analyze client needs to propose, design, and implement solutions that promote the business unit's growth
  • Identify sales opportunities and provide tailored solutions to meet client goals
  • Support the sales team during short-list presentations to showcase financial wellness and reporting tools
  • Develop relationships with Group Benefits Insurance colleagues to pursue joint business opportunities
  • Advise clients on the best solutions and strategies to achieve desired outcomes
  • Collect and analyze data to prepare results-oriented reports and recommendations for annual general meetings
  • Research industry trends to ensure the development of best practices

Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience
  • retirement and savings experience (group or institutional) is preferred
  • Demonstrated influencing and negotiation skills with a proven record of building internal and external relationships
  • Proven ability to manage work with limited direction and effectively resolve escalations
  • Good understanding of the legislative and regulatory environment
  • Strong verbal/written communication and solid presentation skills
  • Professional proficiency in English
