Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

  • Act as the central hub for trade execution, processing advisor-submitted requests with accuracy and speed
  • Manage and execute 40–80 trades daily across platforms such as Schwab and Fidelity
  • Ensure data accuracy and clean trade entry across all transactions
  • Collaborate directly with custodians’ trading desks to resolve discrepancies and execution issues
  • Monitor daily trading activity and escalate any operational or risk-related concerns
  • Partner with the investment team on reporting, ad hoc analysis, and process improvements
  • Help enhance and streamline trading workflows as the firm continues to scale

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 1+ year of experience in a financial services, operations, or data-focused role in Wealth Management
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working with high-volume, time-sensitive tasks
  • Highly dependable with the ability to work independently in a structured trading schedule
  • Strong organizational skills and a mindset focused on precision and accountability

Nice to have:

Familiarity with custodial platforms (Schwab, Fidelity) is a plus
