Job Description

Our client, a highly regarded wealth management firm, is seeking a Client Relationships Administrator to support trustees and deliver high-touch service to a sophisticated client case. In this role, you will help coordinate client requests, manage administrative processes, and act as a key liaison between internal teams and external partners.

Job Responsibility

  • Supporting trustees and clients with account activity, bill pay, scheduling, and special requests
  • Serving as the primary liaison between clients, internal teams, and third-party providers
  • Coordinating and prioritizing multiple workflows to ensure timely completion of requests
  • Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and client communications
  • Organizing meetings and maintaining calendars
  • Tracking and resolving client inquiries while escalating complex matters appropriately
  • Maintaining accurate records across systems and databases

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a client-facing or administrative role within finance, banking, or professional services
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong follow-up habits
  • Proactive, team-oriented approach with the ability to adapt to varying client needs and priorities
  • Degree: Required
