Job Responsibility:
Manage incoming calls and personalized client requests
Coordinate appointments, service scheduling, and follow-ups
Maintain detailed and confidential client records
Communicate updates and confirmations with clarity and professionalism
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Proactively address client concerns with empathy and efficiency
Assist with administrative support tasks and documentation
Requirements:
2–4 years of customer-facing experience
Strong phone presence and relationship-building skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Experience with scheduling systems or CRM software
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
