An exciting opportunity has arisen for a field-based Dispute Resolution Officer to join our team. (BIRMINGHAM BASED B65) In this role, you will meet customers face-to-face to resolve queries and complaints, negotiate solutions, and maintain strong business relationships. You'll manage your own diary, visiting customers who are difficult to reach remotely, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently while protecting the company's commercial position. You'll need to be confident making on-the-spot decisions, with a calm and professional approach to problem-solving. Strong communication, negotiation, and time management skills are essential, along with experience using CRM systems.
