Job Description

Support client campaigns to drive high service and revenue. Permanent, full-time role. Hybrid role with WFH flexibility. Cartology is one of Australia’s leading retail media businesses, powered by the Woolworths Group. We provide targeted omnichannel marketing solutions and comprehensive closed loop reporting to help brands grow. Cartology is truly pioneering the future of Retail Media, creating, shaping and leading this new industry that connects brands to customers in new and exciting ways. Be nothing but yourself in a culture that is inclusive and innovative. Work as part of an ambitious, smart and passionate team and belong to something meaningful as part of the Woolworths Group. What you’ll do: Join our Client Partnerships team in a pivotal role, supporting the Group Client Partnerships Manager to drive revenue growth and ensure high levels of service for our clients. You will be an essential cross-functional partner, providing insight and support throughout the campaign lifecycle. Support across the entire campaign workflow, from brief response to post-campaign reporting, to help achieve revenue targets and drive repeat business. Work cross-functionally with a range of internal stakeholders (including Commercial and Marketing, Operations, Strategy, and Finance teams) to deliver strategic proposals. Support the building and protection of revenue streams from a portfolio of existing clients by supporting the sales of Cartology's media products (in-store, online, and new media). Own the management of accounts, responsible for documenting and assessing all client opportunities, and assisting with regular sales funnel reporting. What you’ll bring: We are looking for an organised, resilient, and collaborative individual who is ready to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. You should be a genuine self-starter who is pragmatic, proactive, and focused on delivering results. An entrepreneurial spirit, energised by the opportunity to pioneer new approaches and unafraid to personally drive actions to get things done. A solid understanding of digital advertising and media sales. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to decipher complex data and understand how online performance metrics link directly to commercial business metrics. Superb presentation and communication skills for effectively engaging a range of stakeholders. The ability to be highly organised, managing multiple work streams and prioritising various projects simultaneously with a continuous commitment to quality. What you’ll experience: We embrace diversity of thought and love to take on challenges with a pragmatic and innovative approach. Our culture thrives on mutual respect, care, curiosity, openness, and a proactive attitude. We continually seek ways to pair, collaborate, support, and learn from each other as a team! A global business with endless career possibilities around every corner and across every discipline – with valuable exposure to a vast and exciting business network. Commitment to flexibility through a hybrid working model which combines time spent at a support office or hub and time working from home, supporting both in-person connection and balancing the flexibility that remote working provides for our teams. A progressive and competitive leave policy that gives you more space for what matters to you, including but not limited to Study Leave and Sports Representation Leave. Team discounts across our range of Woolworths Group brands you know and love and a robust rewards program that celebrates and incentivises purpose-driven work.
