Job Description

Join Cartology's dynamic Sales team as a Client Partnerships Executive, where you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the sales team to deliver impactful retail media campaigns and foster strong client relationships from initial brief to successful results. This is a unique opportunity to contribute directly to client success and revenue growth within a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Supporting the team in briefing campaigns across bookings team and production
  • Managing the relationship between vertical and operations teams
  • Delivering compliance reporting and escalating any issues or concerns
  • Supporting the team with Salesforce data input, financial reporting, media schedule creation and assist in pipeline management
  • Maintaining inventory of sales support materials, wiki, ensuring all resources are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials with marketing
  • Supporting Client Partnership Managers with deck creation, client meeting preparation and compliance reporting and escalate any issues or concerns

Requirements

  • Experience in a sales support or customer support/service role preferably within the media or tech industry
  • Proficiency in full Google suite, with high level confidence in Google Docs, Google Sheets and Google Slides
  • Strong analytical skills and an understanding of how online performance metrics link to commercial business metrics
  • Ability to anticipate both client and sales team needs
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise various projects simultaneously with a focus on delivering results
  • Able to showcase professionalism through written and verbal content, at home and in office
