We are looking for a Director who knows how to build genuine business relationships with clients, grounded in collaboration and empathy. Someone who knows when to roll up their sleeves and solve complex problems by identifying the right colleagues or partners to elevate the quality of projects. We’re looking for someone who values personal growth and wants to continue refining their craft in project management under the mentorship of a Client Partnership Lead who has been reinventing the team collaboration approach for over 15 years. Someone eager to work in a small studio structured like a large agency—where their impact and contribution will be tangible—but above all, someone who wants to be part of a great team.
