Job Description:

As a Client Partner at Valtech you will be the leader across a € multi-million portfolio, both directly and through our Client Partnership team. It will be your responsibility to develop and nurture our most senior-level key client relationships, and it will be you who works in close collaboration with a dedicated delivery team to deliver fantastic work and own the longer-term strategic direction, planning and revenue growth of your accounts.

  • Accountable for the commercials across your account portfolio - working with your peers and Portfolio Director to ensure account profitability and accurate forecasting
  • Consistently track performance against annual targets and quickly identify potential areas for account development
  • Own and lead the account strategy planning across your client portfolio
  • Build on your in-depth knowledge of your clients and their businesses to identify the right areas of focus
  • Work collaboratively with subject matter experts and senior stakeholders across the business to develop and implement the strategic vision for your accounts
  • Lead on business development opportunities across your account portfolio
  • Develop, own and present plans and proposals that will add more value for our clients and drive additional revenue for Valtech
  • Support on net new business proposals occasionally working closely with the new business team and the practice leads to input into client pitches and proposals

Requirements:

  • Substantial experience working within a Digital Transformation, technology consultancy partnering with enterprise size organisations selling and managing projects across the digital technology spectrum
  • Strategic Relationship Management: Develop deep, trust-based relationships with senior client stakeholders
  • Build collaborative and trusting relationships internally across the organisation. Being visible and attentive
  • Understand the client’s business challenges, needs, and goals to deliver tailored solutions
  • Act as the main point of contact, ensuring open and effective communication between the clients and Valtech
  • Leadership capability: Offer clear and concise strategic guidance both internally and externally backed up by experience and rigour
  • Responsible for driving the strategic growth of your accounts – creating and implementing account plans, strategically identifying new growth opportunities, and delivering compelling proposals that help drive value for our clients and revenue for the agency
  • Working with senior teams across the business, to ensure alignment on your Account Plans, to be the figurehead for your accounts and to ensure that the team are all working together towards the same goals

  • You will be a strong presenter who can seamlessly sell strategic ideas and solutions
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English
