The Client Partner is responsible for client satisfaction, fostering relationships and driving profitable growth opportunities. This role requires a strategic leader with expertise in client management that deeply understands the client’s business to lead a cross functional team to deliver best in class content and anticipates challenges to develop solutions for the client.
Job Responsibility:
Responsible for building and overseeing growth plans for our client
Drive innovation by representing Jellyfish in marketing efforts and staying ahead of industry trends
Anticipate client needs in areas of creative and production
Support in new business by leading pitches in partnership with the Growth team
Provide strategic support to Account Directors and Client Management teams
Lead teams in nurturing client relationships
Provide strategic oversight in articulating client business objectives and lead Jellyfish solutions/responses
Lead proactive solutions and opportunities based on business needs
Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), client relationship surveys, conference notes
Maintain relationships with key senior client stakeholders
Collaborate with department and industry leads to pursue growth opportunities
Monitor commercial aspects of client relationships
Lead complex client renewals
Responsible for accurate client forecast submissions and account financial operations
Mentor and support junior team members
Deliver SMART goals quarterly performance reviews
Identify and address resource and skillset gaps
Drive thought leadership and industry insights through external partnerships
Participate in Jellyfish training across capabilities teams
Support Marketing efforts by developing client-endorsed case studies
Requirements:
Experience building staffing plans, managing scope and optimizing to improve profitability
Experience working cross-market
Understanding of creative and production processes, including integration of AI tools and complexities
Technically excellent in their expertise (e.g. creative/production) with a deep comprehension of the breath of JF offerings
Ability to anticipate client needs, proactively identify opportunities, and drive results
Agency experience is a must
Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail
A strong business acumen with the ability to align Jellyfish’s solutions with client business objectives
CRM & Data Management: Experience managing client data in Salesforce or similar systems
Proven ability to guide and support junior team members
