The Client Partner is responsible for generating new business and expanding strategic relationships with enterprise clients, driving revenue growth across LHH’s Career Transition & Mobility solutions.
Job Responsibility:
Generate new business and expand strategic relationships with enterprise clients
Drive revenue growth across LHH’s Career Transition & Mobility solutions
Bring in new clients through strategic prospecting activity and partnering with other functions
Partner with an Account Manager to build exceptional relationships with an existing portfolio of clients
Ensure 100% retainment of existing contracts
Ensure new contracts are negotiated and signed in advance of expiry
Influence and get agreement from an internal LHH strategic board for all commercials
Log activity and provide accurate forecasting in Salesforce
Partner with colleagues from across the business and globally to ensure consistency and identify areas of improvement
Requirements:
Experienced enterprise sales professional (minimum five years) with a proven track record of building and growing strategic client relationships
Commercially astute and highly consultative
Ability to engage with C-suite and HR leaders
Ability to understand client challenges and shape solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes
Credibility, presence, and the ability to influence at the highest levels within complex organizations
Motivated by generating new business, expanding existing accounts, and driving revenue growth through long-term partnerships
Strategic mindset and strong business acumen
Resilient, proactive, and confident navigating complex buying processes in global enterprise environments
Passionate about enabling transformation
Fluent in English
Must have the right to work in the UK
Proficient use of Salesforce
