As a Client Leadership & Growth Executive at Aquent, you will champion our enterprise accounts—building deep partnerships with senior decision-makers across Marketing, HR, Procurement, and business leadership. You are a consultative strategist, a compelling storyteller, and a growth driver who orchestrates Aquent’s staffing, workforce, and technology solutions to solve complex organizational challenges. This role blends strategic relationship management, financial acumen, and a tech-forward mindset to maximize client value, expand service adoption, and drive long-term business growth.

Job Responsibility

  • Deepen Partnerships: Build trusted relationships with senior leaders across matrixed enterprise accounts, navigate MSP and complex procurement environments seamlessly
  • Drive Consultative Growth: Uncover client priorities, position Aquent’s differentiated solutions, and pursue expansion opportunities through disciplined account execution
  • Deliver Compelling Stories: Lead high-impact client presentations, business reviews, and strategic discussions with confidence and clarity
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Recruiting, Operations, Marketing, Product, and Legal to design and deliver seamless, tailored client solutions
  • Optimize Performance: Manage your portfolio like a business—balancing growth, profitability, and overall client health
  • Lead with Data & Tech: Leverage market data, financial metrics, and AI/automation tools to drive smarter decisions and improve client outcomes

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of consultative sales or account management experience within staffing, workforce solutions, or professional services (digital/creative/tech verticals preferred)
  • A proven track record of growing large enterprise accounts, navigating procurement-led sales cycles, and influencing C-suite stakeholders
  • Experience using data, financial metrics, and modern technology/AI tools to optimize sales effectiveness
