Requirements
5–10 years of consultative sales or account management experience within staffing, workforce solutions, or professional services (digital/creative/tech verticals preferred)
A proven track record of growing large enterprise accounts, navigating procurement-led sales cycles, and influencing C-suite stakeholders
Experience using data, financial metrics, and modern technology/AI tools to optimize sales effectiveness
